1. OHS STAFF
Ensure and monitor occupational health and safety activities and maintain documentation according to relevant procedures.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety
- Have an “Ahli K3 Umum” certificate by BNSP or Kemenaker
- Understand about Integrated Management System, OHS Management System, and HIRADC
- Placement in Karawang, West Java
2. AFTERSALES FIELD OPERATION STAFF
Supervise dealer after-sales activity and determine the right strategy and standardization to align with the company’s strategy to improve dealer after-sales performance.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management
- Able to drive a car and have a driving license
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Willing to travel for a business trip
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
3. PRODUCTION ENGINEERING STAFF
Ensure the production process runs on target, analyze, and make continuous improvements in the working system, oversee 5S and safety implementation in the production line according to regulations, manage manpower in the production area.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering
- Able to perform technical design using Solidwork & CATIA
- Able to perform technical design using AutoCAD
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Understand and able to operate PLC/SCADA/IoT/BMS
- Work under shifting hours
4. PR & EVENT STAFF
Responsible for planning and executing product and corporate events, including creating activity schedules, overseeing event execution, and reporting on events.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Communication, Business Management, Marketing Communication
- Able to drive a car and have a driving license
- Proficient in Ms. PowerPoint
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
5. DEALER DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Assisted in developing a new Honda dealership by analyzing project proposals, coordinating with investors to design a layout based on Honda standards, and monitoring the building process until the opening ceremony.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and responsive
- Willing to go on a business trip to Honda dealerships
6. SALES PLANNING STAFF
Analyze sales data, develop marketing strategies for Honda Dealerships, and manage domestic and export orders and production.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Statistics (Data Analyst)
- Proficient in data analyzing and using data processing applications, especially Ms. Excel
- Willing to go on a business trip to Honda dealerships in Indonesia
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
7. JAPANESE INTERPRETER STAFF
Confidently act as a skilled translator during meetings or whenever required, providing seamless translation services between Bahasa/English and Japanese for both verbal and written communication.
Specific Requirement:
- The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2/N3 Diploma/Bachelor of Japanese Literature
- Able to read Kanji/Japanese Chinese characters
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience as an interpreter is highly preferred
- Placement in Karawang, West Java
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
•Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL •COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster is welcomed)
